Return & Refund Policy

We want you to truly enjoy what you purchase from B Jones. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to take a look.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please send us an email first at support@bjones.store with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and get back to you usually within 14 days of your original purchase date. If the return is approved, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate (we do not offer refunds to original payment methods).

To qualify for store credit:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted.

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

As a small, independent boutique, we aren’t always able to take everything back, but we’re always happy to talk it through and do what we can to make things right.

For returns:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, especially for items over $75.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
  • Exchange times may vary depending on your location.
