Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused or only lightly handled, with no damage such as tears or stains.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How to Start a Return

  1. Send us an email at support@bjones.store with your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Our customer care team will review your request and reply within 24 hours.
  3. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method (credit or debit card).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please mention this in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@bjones.store with photos or videos clearly showing the defect. Once verified, we will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
