1. When will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will be prioritized for next-day processing.
  • Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. What shipping options are available?

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (Free)
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days ($4.99 USD)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

3. Which shipping carriers do you use?

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.

  • We offer store credit only in the form of a gift certificate.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

5. How do I start a return?

Email us at support@bjones.store with your order details and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, especially for items over $75.

7. What items are non-returnable or final sale?

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

8. Do you charge sales tax?
